Purpose of Job
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused working student as Sales Assistant to join our team. The incumbent will support and assist in the sales process and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

• CRM support on maintaining masterdata up to date, Account creation, Sample entering and tracking.
• Managing product related documentation requests. Address the appropriate Sasol department/IT tool for needed input and distribute the documentation to the customers/sales manager.
• Prepare credit applications and start approval process with account team.
• Contract preparation and NDA support to Legal.
• Cooperate with sales manager on updating the SAP pricelist.
• Supporting sales team on admin and marketing activities. (e.g. follow up action items, newsletters, internet research etc)
• Monthly Transferpricing calculation
• Collecting and analysis of market information, including but not limited to import/export statistics, supply/demand balances, competitors (capacities, capacity utilization), market share etc

ongoing business administration/management studies or science-oriented studies with a strong business and market affinity (Bachelor or Master)
