General responsibility: The position will be responsible for development of the sales in dedicated international markets Germany / Austria / Switzerland / The Netherlands and Belgium


Aufgaben
  • Responsible for export Sales to Germany / Austria / Switzerland / The Netherlands and Belgium
  • establishing and maintaining business contacts with customers in DACH/NL/BE markets
  • permanent analyze of sales potentials in new markets
  • Recognition of new market trends and new technical requirements, permanent expansion of technical knowledge
  • Development and generation of new significant and long term stable direct business
  • Securing and expanding existing business relationships, permanent and close care of key customers/ business
  • Extension of the distribution network in DACH /NL /BE
  • Preparation and execution of customer visits and online meetings
  • conducting product training, consulting and preparing technical solutions, generation of commercial offers and presentations for customers.
  • Carrying out complex contract and price negotiations with major customers
  • Carrying out cost analyzes on customers and important single offers
  • Independent creation and implementation of sales plans
  • Regular reporting and creation of sales overviews and sales analyses
  • Monthly updates sales forecasts
  • Preview of important upcoming individual orders to support the necessary processes in the purchasing and logistics department.
  • Order verification, order processing support, pending payment tracking
  • Suggestions for improving internal processes, increasing effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Tracking of important complaint processes
  • Further development of effective teamwork and permanent employee motivation
  • Work with R&D department and with product management, evaluate new market requirement and the potential , support the preparation and introduction of new products and product extensions.
  • Work with the marketing department to extend the visibility of the LUMEL Brand in the market, propose new marketing actions and support in implementation of confirmed marketing plans
  • Participation in trade fairs, trade fair preparations
  • Help to prepare, information and explanation of new products to the local customers
  • Independent travel planning and monthly travel expense accounting / Home-Office organization

Profil
  • higher technical education
    preferably in the following fields: Industrial/Building automation, Low voltage technology, New Energy technology,
  • high interpersonal skills,
  • 5-10 years of experience as account manager / key customer management in the field of Industrial/Building automation, Energy supply market , New Energy technology, Common Electrical engineering is welcome
  • very good communicative knowledge of the German language, good knowledge of English (Polish language skills are also welcome but not mandatory)
  • High degree of independence and personal responsibility to achieve sales targets
  • readiness for business trips
  • driving licence cat. B,
